Employees first, Customer after

Wow, is not that a somewhat radical thought coming from an employee of a market research company, who is entirely dedicated to improving the customer experience? Maybe not.

On second thought, this should be the fundamental pillar, the way a company works. Already said Richard Branson, the founder of Virgin Group in an interview with Inc: “ Virgin does not put the customer first. In fact, Virgin employees are the number one priority of the company”.

That sounds good, but what does it have to do with the customer experience?

To be honest, everything. “ It should be obvious, if the person who works in your company is one hundred percent proud of the brand, you give the tools to work properly and also you treat well, you will be happy,” And on the contrary “ If the person who works in your company is not valued, you will not do your job with a smileSays Branson to Inc. If I follow this type of reasoning then I would add that if an employee is not treated well, the company may end up losing valuable people who could have contributed to its growth.

Have you ever wondered what would happen if a mysterious evaluator makes a negative report? Will the owner of the company think the employee is in the first place?

Good question. We do not have the exact answer, but we are hearing promising answers from our customers. Generally what we see in an employee is his behavior “at first sight”. The owners of the companies are trying to help with training those who are not doing well. And on the other hand, if someone is fired it will not be because of the mysterious visits.

In some cases the final purpose of the project is to determine which points should be considered in the training programs; Offer all the support of the company to be able to give the best of them.
So we can say that our Mystery Evaluators are helping a lot, not only that brands provide better customer service, but also that employees are more satisfied with their work.

What does your company do to make you feel valued?
